My car recently broke down in Eufaula and I had AAA tow it to my moms in McAlester. AAA called this auto shop to have my car towed, I recently bought new tires, Firestone a couple of months ago and the owner of this company stated that my tire was flat when he picked it up and he would not replace my tire. I know for a fact it was not flat! If he had towed it from Eufaula to McAlester on a flat my rim would be destroyed, however my tire was shredded by the time he got to my moms house...a brand new tire!! I was driving through when my car overheated. Shelli was so nice she referred us to a hotel and a car rental agency and had one of the mechanics drive us to our hotel. She had the car fixed up the very next day and the problem they fixed has not occurred again. I would recommend John Waynes Auto Clinic to anyone.
My 78 year old mother had her car worked on by John Waynes Auto Clinic and I was so impressed with this business. They were very fair and honest with her and most of all patient with all her phone calls. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone who needed a tow or to have their vehilcle worked on.
