I've been going to John Waring & Associates in Lakelands since I was twelve (originally) for anger management and it turned into proper therapy, and ten years later I recommend them.
I try to avoid negative reviews but I feel my experiences should be shared. I sought therapy for my daughter (8) but it became apparent the psychologists were not really doing anything meaningful. I tried to organise an appointment to better understand what therapy was occurring but was denied the opportunity. I waited patiently for a report and when it finally came, it was riddled with factual errors and misrepresented my views - incorrectly claiming that I had benefited from strategies communicated to me.
