I got my augmentation years ago, rounding up to a decade now! I loved them from day one to now! John Wards staff has always been amazing and the office is quiet and comfortable. I had a lift and implants and even to this day I give them a 5 star!
I find it to be strange that I wanted to set a appointment to come in and see Dr .Ward but I get a E-mail saying he retired but I called and asked if he still is practicing and they tell me yes and on the website it say he is seeing new patients Funny strange!

DR. Wards seems professional and awesome but his staff is awful. I visited their office for a plastic surgery consult with DR Ward. A few weeks later when I informed his staff I opted for another Doctor. I received a phone call from a staff member who then bashed the doctor I choose to go with. I find this very unprofessional and would not trust a doctors office who would resort to these tactics.
