I'll give Dr. Lace 5 stars and if there was a 6 star rating I would give him that. I have been going to pulmonologist from coast to coast for 17 yrs and Dr. Lace outshines them all. As far as his help not being all warm and fuzzy because they're so busy taking care of peoples health, not their egos, well to bad. Dr. Lace will listen to what your problems are which is a rarety among Dr.s today and he'll tell you "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". Greatest statement I've heard from a Dr in years. Linda is super rude!! I previously wrote a review for not being seen for my 3:30 appt. but arriving at 3:25. I'm a childcare provider so leaving 6-8 toddlers in the care of someone else is almost impossible. I showed up and was told I wouldn't be seen unless I had been 15 minutes early. I wrote an honest review based on my experience. I have known Dr. Lace in a professional setting for more than 20 yrs. I recently needed his services for some medical issues I am having. His staff was friendly as well as helpful and got me in to see him promptly. I had some follow up questions and called his office today and spoke with Linda, she remembered me as soon as I gave my name, she was familure with my needed follow up and very helpful with my questions. Great overall experiance for me.
Linda is ALWAYS rude. I had a collapsed lung, kept getting more Augmentin. I had to go to my PCP for stat CT and find a dr during covid. It's been an uphill battle, that could have been avoided had he listened to my symptoms in February. Just passed my off. Cant get a bronchoscopthy now, but could have when I begged for one in February.
