Honestly not sure about him. He wasn't very helpful and was confusing. He didn't go into detail about labs just kept asking if I had any questions but didn't really explain a whole lot. Felt like my visit wasn't worth it and seems like he has a short attention span and kind of strange. Was more into telling jokes than in actually giving me any information.
Dr. Finnie has the best bedside manner ever. I come in for hematology at the moment to keep an eye on things and my best friend and roommate has came in with me many times and was so impressed that he switched to him from the oncologist that he was seeing. He wanted somebody that actually seemed to care about him as a person and wanted him to continue to get better. He made my mom live the worst day of her life, went with hope never discussed with her about the treatment that she was hoping for instead told her to go to hospice care, ended up leaving with tears! I didn’t like him going into politics talking about Saddam Hussain just because he saw her wearing Hijab and asked her where she was from. Keep your political opinions to yourself! Your first time clients are not your friends!
My mom is a cancer fighter, she visited him today for a second opinion to ask about a new treatments if would help her. He kept advising on having her to go to hospice care. She then explained her self again that she’s really interested in trying new treatments and keep fighting as she has a hope, he then said in his own words “I still insist”of going to there because you said you’re very tired!!!!
