I have been seeing Dr. John Escolas for many years and find him to be quite engaging - someone you can manage your healthcare WITH! He likes people and serves his role splendidly. He is not your cardiologist or brain surgeon but he KNOWS the ones he wants you to see.
Missed critical lab reports. I had to discover this myself by looking at incomplete lab results through MyChart. This resulted in a 12 day delay in receiving proper treatment. Patient should not have to bring a serious health occurrence to the doctor. Should be the other way.
Goes above & beyond to take care of his patients. Takes suggestions, when appropriate and works with patient.
