Dr. Duff is a great caring doctor. I was a patient of his in Gladwin ER recently. He was very polite, understanding, compassionate, helpful with explaining every procedure in and out! Listened and answered all my questions and concerns. He sat, he talked, he educated, and then gave me time to decide what I wanted to do as the patient. There was no pressure and I felt in full control of my own health decisions under the care of a great doctor.
