My wife needed to have her implants replaced because they were leaking after having them in for 20 yrs. Dr Derr also talked her into having a lift. I had never seen Dr Derr because of not being permitted in the office because of covid. When I saw him the day of surgery he was much older than his internet photos. The operation was supposed to take 3 hrs. It took over 5hrs. The surgery was a disaster. My wife was cut all the way across under her brest, which we had to buy tape and keep her taped up.
