Not so pleased!!! Very disappointed. I was seen to have a took extracted and was told my part after insurance would be ????. I paid that amount that day. Six months later I was contact about a balance I paid that amount think it must be a deductible. Now almost a year to the day, when I am getting ready to have a bridge, I find out it was never filed on insurance. My insurance will not pay for the bridge because according to my records that tooth must to have been missing prior to my enrollment date 3 years ago... All of tha... read more

I arrived in Dr. Crowders office expecting him to just have a look at my problem, and was I ever surprised! He and his staff were the greatest! I had total confidence immediately. My problem tooth was extracted with no problem and three days later Im doing great! If I had known how wonderful this doctor was, I would have had my tooth taken care of two years ago! I hope I never need special care again, but if I do...I know who Ill get to do it. Nothing but praise from me!!
