A client for 15 years. Our experience has been outstanding.
I am the owner of a small business, for the 2nd year we received our income taxes back on April 15th with a significant amount due. I have gotten the feeling through questions asked that this firm has greater loyalty to the IRS than its clients. We have received zero disclosure of our foreseen position from this firm. I am firing this firm for one that has loyalty to my company, after all I have been their client.
