He used to be compassionate about his patients, but unfortunately him and his nurse care more about the money than the satisfaction of the patients. I wasn’t happy with the results and his nurse replied, “I’m sorry you’re not happy “, and every time I went to his office to have him fix the issues that were supposed to be done during the very expensive surgery, I got charged a hefty amount. Extremely disappointed with their customer service
Dr. Bass was easy to talk with and I used his services nine years previously, with good results. This time went in for eyelift and face laser surgery. Went to office for post operative check up one week later. Was told by his associate Norma that I would have to come in again following week for her to demonstrate makeup application, to lessen redness on skin. Dr. Bass and his staff are kind, caring and courteous. Dr. Bass is very skilled at the art of cosmetic surgery. I have had several procedures and am thrilled with the results. He follows-up surgery himself, not a nurse or PA. I would definitely recommend Dr. bass to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.
Dr. Bass is very professional and has great bedside manner by explaining thoroughly the type of surgery desired and any options, what results to expect and truly shows concern for his patients. The entire office works as a team.
Dr Bass has amazing bed side manner and his work is impeccable.

Dr. Bass takes time with every patient and makes you feel very comfortable. He takes pride in his work and does an amazing job. He explains what he is doing and the recovery.
Don't waste your time or money , the results are NOT as guaranteed by Norma..... dont be fooled by the before and after photos, patients are still swollen and it is NOT what you will get. Even the Dr. made a comment that he was going to remember me as one of his failures...... nice comment after spending$14,000 ...... run dont walk to another doctor
