Kudos to Alex, Monica, and Dr. Voth for their tenacity to resolve an issue I was having with other providers. Alex would not let the issue go until the matter was resolved. She called several times and followed up until other providers had followed through with expectations. The matter was complex and involved insurance and a referral from another doctor. Service, especially great service, is elusive in today's world. They nailed great service as a team to resolve my issue. Thank you.
Horrible experience. I waited almost an hour past my scheduled appt with having to ask three times when the dr would be ready. Finally was taken back to see Dr Voth. His tone was very patronizing, along with trying to pass off my allergic reaction as to something I should have gone to dermatologist about instead of him. Dr Voth also suggested it could be hay fever without even evaluating me. I ended up just having to leave without being treated.
