I always know that I am heard and my concerns are taken care of.
I had replaced the radiator in my Ram myself. 1.5 years later the radiator had a crack in it (different spot from original). Called John Vance parts/service and they were more than accommodating to get me a new radiator even though the original was purchased in Houston but I had since moved. Would recommend the team at this dealership for their outstanding knowledge and customer service. Thanks again to Shawn, Paul and Greg.
