Jon Van builders recently demolished the rotted floor in our back room. The new floor was installed and lifted to the same height as our living room floor. The back door was taken out and re installed at the new height. Quite a complex exercise. All work was done professionally and in a timely manner. The painter Alex has transformed the room from a dreary add on to a bright clean and very useful space. Thank you to all the workers. Chris Girgenti
