This was the first time of me having this hygienist, Chloe. She had different techniques /processes than I had experienced in all my years coming to this practice. I REALLY liked the new approach! She made it easy to know when to open, when to close and this was first time I was actually told to "relax my mouth/face" instead of keeping it wide open- more comfortable. She let me know what to expect throughout - no surprises. Her use of rinsing my mouth and suctioning the water was excellent - I barely swallowed anything. All ... read more
