John installed 4 trees for me at the end of my driveway that were damaged when they were hit by a truck. The job was paid for by insurance and I had the feeling he inflated the quote because the insurance company was paying for it rather than me personally. When the trees were installed they were smaller than the ones he quoted. I called him and he agreed to reduce the price. This spring 2 of the 4 trees died.
