Like the other one star review, I did not receive a return call from this office. I was referred to them by my ENT because my condition worsening. His Suffolk office called about a week later to provide instruction on what was needed from my PCP. I was told, once that was completed, they would call back to schedule my appt.. Welp, that didn't happen. It was confirmed by my PCP's office, the notes were sent. I called his office again and left a message for a return call and it has been 2 weeks now...NO CALL! If you call, don't expect a return call. I have been calling since the beginning of June, Hope your condition isn't life threatening... What kind of medical office doesn't return calls.. unprofessional.
