The staff has always been courteous. Every medical professional I have worked with here have been patient, listened, and helped.
He ruined my life because of his surgery. I continue to have pain in the right side of my face. I only wish he can experience the pain I have. I never had this problem.
I would definitely not recommend Dr. Coniglio. I have had sinus and ear problems for most of my adult life and have seen every ENT in Rochester. He did my sinus surgery and if I could go back and do it with a different doctor I most certainly would.
