Dr. Treer is great, but he is most unfortunate to have disorganized and unprofessional staff.

I like Dr. Treer but the staff isn’t very helpful. The wrong lab code was placed on the insurance claim and the insurance company denied the claim. I personally brought the Quest invoice to the office and the attitude from the staff was nothing but rude. If you use this office be prepared to pay out of pocket.

I had to find a new Dr. after my PCP retired. I heard good things about Dr. Treer, plus he is about 2 minutes from my house. He has a great bedside manner, very nice and polite. He listens to you, and explains things to you, and is open minded. He is never in a rush, always treats you like your his priority. I highly recommend Dr. Treer!

The front desk staff is not the friendliest. I found it very interesting to be told a policy (COVID-19) that is no long adhered to by THR. The hospitals do not limit visitors unless you are Covid +. Why would you kick out a family member bringing a elderly patient to your empty office?

Clinic was clean. Everyone was professional, polite, and friendly. Dr Treer was kind, listen to my concerns as a new patient. I’ve already received labs results via web and call from doctor. Overall everything was perfect.
