Service is great but drivers are not the best got a new unit today actually was and extra unit driver was very nesty and full of attitude just because he had trouble backing in to the job site in scocth plains
Left the porter potty in my house for 3 weeks, they came by twice look at it and left and then the last time they send the guy with no hand truck, I lend mine and even help the guy push out to truck. Horrible service
Terrible Service and Unreliable Company We’ve had a very disappointing experience with this company. They broke the security chain to enter our complex without notifying anyone, and they’ve repeatedly missed the scheduled weekly cleanings. Despite multiple calls and reminders, the issue still hasn’t been resolved. Worst porta John company ever. Cleaning schedule is non existent and it's impossible to talk to anyone that has a clue.
I wish 0 stars were possible by far the worst service in the industry. First and last time dealing with them. Have a toilet and hand wash station on site the first weekly cleaning no one shows up and no calls from the company. My office calls and gets hit with the “driver couldn’t find it” excuse meanwhile there is a site contact listed so we called it off and told them to come pick it up because it’s on a school job and they complained about the smell.
