Service is great but drivers are not the best got a new unit today actually was and extra unit driver was very nesty and full of attitude just because he had trouble backing in to the job site in scocth plains
Left the porter potty in my house for 3 weeks, they came by twice look at it and left and then the last time they send the guy with no hand truck, I lend mine and even help the guy push out to truck. Horrible service
Terrible Service and Unreliable Company We’ve had a very disappointing experience with this company. They broke the security chain to enter our complex without notifying anyone, and they’ve repeatedly missed the scheduled weekly cleanings. Despite multiple calls and reminders, the issue still hasn’t been resolved. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable for a company that’s supposed to provide reliable sanitation service.
