I too had a mostly positive experience with Dr. Paruch. Dr. Paruch is easy to talk to and had even called me back when he was out of the office. Unfortunately, I left Dr. Paruch due to continual mistreatment from Eloise, one of Dr. Paruch's employees of which he himself commented that they can be quite difficult. I did blow up a bit at Eloise on one occasion after receiving constant scoffs, misinformation, and belittling comments from Eloise. He the most kindness doctor he listen and he make sure your needs are met before you hang up .
I’ll admit, I tend to be rough on therapists and psychiatrists. But this man has been the most helpful, tolerant, and understanding guy. He’s even brought my wife into the convo to get her input. He’s an A++ doctor.
Wish I could give more stars. Truly the kindest doctor and most helpful office staff!
