My husband had a kidney stone removal surgery with this dr. First of we went to him to see him as a prostate dr which we explained we needed one and he might have to get prostate surgery down the road but at the moment we had found out he had a kidney stone. I love the convenience and practicality. I've been going to McNeal profesiona building for about 5 years. It is hands down the longest I've stuck to a hospital. The doctors doing their residency are great. There have been times when I was seen without an appointment, with little wait time. Additionally, their video consultation makes it very practical for medication refills, and ordering lab tests or follow up consultations. The wait time at the lab is quick. Been coming here for quite some time & I love the staff, very nice people and organized. HOWEVER, there is a clear sign at the parking lot that says that the lot is “NO EMPLOYEE PARKING” but every visit I see more staff than patients leaving / entering their vehicles. If they are would fix this so that patients can park in the patient parking lot and have easier access and not have to go around the block to find parking every visit it would be great.
They use insurance to cover things you dont ask, you going for a Physical they charge you for other things, the ladies say they dont know nothing, they said you dont have a copay then the bill arrived to your house, bad personal service, they just one your money
The phlebomotist on duty today was the worst. She has attitude and off putting. She gave attitude to a child. I will be changing providers due to that.
