Had my engagement ring custom made there. For around 7k! 3 years later and this happened this morning. Absolutely horrified at this. I have rings that are way less and have held up for way longer. Scared to even have it repaired there if this is the quality of their craftsmen-ship. I’m appalled

Going to John Thomas Jewelers was fantastic. We had been to many other jewelry stores and either didn't like the selection, or felt pressured to buy something that wasn't quite for us. At John Thomas, they have an awesome selection. Cheryl Yoos was the jewelry specialist that helped us. She was patient as my wife tried to figure out the style of the band and the diamond. John Thomas and his staff are some of the nicest, professional, and most caring people I have ever met. They make you feel so welcome and walk you through every detail when shopping for any piece of jewelry. I have purchased a number of pieces from them including engagement ring, wedding ring, earrings.and a custom wedding band for myself. Top level white glove service from start to finish!
