They have a wonderful selection of jewelry and can work with you to customize your jewelry orders. They have unparalleled customer service and their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and good communicators. They kept me up to date on orders and as things moved along during the build, shipping, and appraisal process. They also have a good jewelry insurance company they suggest.
Such an amazing experience from beginning to end. Lara was so insightful and helpful. I had great conversations with John. He's very passionate about his craft and it shows. They were very communicative during the entire process of creating a custom piece for us. They honestly made me feel like i was their only client with how personal they made experience. Overall I would highly recommend for anyone looking to create a beautiful custom piece of jewelry. I will always go back.
