Dr. Carroll is great as well as the nurses and front desk.
BAD BILLING EXPERIENCE. I don’t know why Dr Carrol decides to have a 3rd party billing company but I am being billed for Dr Carrol’s services that he didn’t perform he was out of town for my sons delivery so a doctor from the hospital delivered my son. They billed and COLLECTED from my insurance. I spoke with this billing lady months ago she laughed at her mistake and said she would fix it and today I’m still being billed for a delivery he was not present for and bills I already paid Northwestern for. Do yourself a favor and make Dr. Carroll your obgyn! He is kind, compassionate and wonderful at what he does! He is very experienced and knowledgeable about a whole array of feminine health concerns and he is the doctor who will make sure you are healthy and enjoying life! After my unfortunate non viable fetus experience elsewhere I came to him for a second opinion. I will never forget his comment to me as I tried not to sob for the loss of my dream baby: "no one should ever tell you to smile right now because this is a terr... read more
