Closed my above ground pool then had him open it. Pool is full of leaves, two guys came to open it and dragged the cover through the water. When I contacted the owner his reply was "we do better than most" go get a pool rake. Will never use again, the last company we used uncovered our pool and it was completely clean. Rude and unprofessional
John is a great. Very knowledgeable... an expert of his craft. Highly recommend them.
