Have done business with John the Plumber for 10 years as I had several toilets installed, a new water heater, a new kitchen faucet as well as other service calls. Although this company was a bit more expensive than others in the past by a small margin, they guaranteed their work. Recently, there was a leak at my kitchen faucet and was informed the faucet needed to be replaced yet again (second time) after the plumber arrived.
