Had a basement overflow. Called and they sent a plumber same day. The plumber who helped me was named Patrick. He showed up figured out the problem fast. Super easy to talk to and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. Took off his shoes and cleaned up after himself. which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend him if you're dealing with plumbing issues in Etobicoke.
Called them due to a leak from the bathroom upstairs. Booked an appointment, they didn’t show up the first time and rescheduled for the next day. They came and cut open the drywall where the leak was they tested the water in the bathroom and told me there was no leak. They said they can cut more holes which I allowed but then decided not to come back, said there was no leak. I can’t say enough good things about Jonathan! We had a tricky plumbing issue in our home that had stumped a couple of other plumbers, but Jonathan came in with confidence, expertise, and a calm, professional attitude. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and got to work right away. Issue was fixed in a reasonable amount of time. No mess left. Great service all around.
