Our tenant was experiencing lack of hot water in both showers of the unit, the shower cartridges needed replacing. Johnathan was able to source the style of the cartridges with the outer fixure style alone, meaning 1 less visit to access the area and investigate. Very friendly people however when I asked for a court, they said it was $79 to come in and check it out and it would be taken off the bill if they went ahead and did the work. I asked them to give me a quote on what the work would be before they come and luckily I got a call from the office saying they would be able to quote me approximately close to $500 with taxes to replace one kitchen tap luckily they’re phoned or I would’ve been out $79 for the call because I would not allow somebody to come in for half an hour to basic... read more
They responded immediately and gave advance notice of their arrival. Mike was very professional, diagnosed the problem immediately and was finished within minutes. Really nice and honest guy. Would certainly call upon them again!
