Service was prompt, friendly, professional and pro-active. Jeff A. arrived on time and was able to quickly diagnose the root cause of the leaky bathtub faucet, promising to return the next day with the replacement part. He returned promptly the next day and proceeded to patiently work through the challenges of an extremely calcified valve/pipe, an ancient Moen cartridge (which required an extra trip to source), and a stubborn shut-off valve, and a very barky dog.
