Had them switch a water heater out. Great service, the only thing keeping it from being a perfect rating is that they left a mess on the way out. A bunch of twist ties, a copper pipe fitting, drilled particle board, old service tags from the old water heater, and lots of loose debris from moving false ceilings around. A professional contractor could at least pick up this loose stuff and take ten seconds to sweep up on their way out. My pets discovered it before I did.
