I believe it was Alberto and Ryan who did the service call at our house The issue was resolved in an effective and timely way while being courteous and professional I feel I was given appropriate and correct information and provided with solutions to a possible ongoing issue.
Alberto arrived promptly. He was both friendly and professional. Alberto was able to provide useful advice and completed the work quickly and cleanly. Great job!
We had their team come to remake an extremely stubborn clog that was recurring annually. They were very helpful and a pleasure do to deal with. They called ahead of time to ensure we were going to be there and showed up on time! They systematically used equipment to solve the issue and provided us with some proper preventative measures to follow to reduce reoccurrence. Looking back on the appointment I can say they were very professional and also friendly in that they answered all questions I had. Thank you for your help!
Made an appt with John the Plumber to clear a clogged drain. Arrived on time and did assessment. Price quote $599. The plumber who arrived said this was the industry standard. Not True. A clogged drain is pretty straightforward in most cases and billing is based on hours required to complete the task and not some arbitrary number. They may be great plumbers, highly skilled etc. but I paid their call fee of $89 and had Houle plumbing come and do the work. $175 to Houle's, (quick and efficient response) and I am still under 50... read more
