Our kitchen sink had a leak and was clogged. Andrew called to advise he would be here and arrived within the timeframe given. Service was quick and Andrew even gave us the best advice for what to look for when we are ready to replace our kitchen sink. We will be calling him again for his expertise when replacing our sink. Had a leak in my house which Andrew attended. It was a challenging repair due to the age of the house and where the leak was coming from. As we required the City to shut off water to the house multiple times he was determine to have it repair completed by the end of the day and was on site until 10 pm. His service was excellent and I was very happy with the outcome during a stressful time. Would recommend Andrew and John the plumber for any of you plumbing needs.
Very unreliable service. Promises were made but not delivered, and no one seemed interested in fixing the issues.
Andrew did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing our plumbing issue with the shower not recieving proper hot water. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain what was going wrong and walked us through how he resolved it, which we really appreciated. Prompt with timing. Showed up within the hour of calling. But overcharged way more than they should have! $299+tax or $250 cash for a quick 2 minute pex repair, that was not done well at all for the area it was in and made more work for the contractor. Will not be using there services again.
