From the initial point of contact through to the follow up after the work was done, working with John the Plumber was a great experience. Matt came out to replace a laundry tub faucet and help replace a shower cartridge that was stuck. He was was quick to identify what was needed, provide pricing, and get all the work done. When running into an issue with a new manufacturer provided cartridge, he was able to provide a solution to still get things done. Great experience, and I'll certainly be coming back for future work.
