We are pleased with the service John The Plumber. Booked on line, received confirmation by email, arrived on time, work boots came off, polite, clean and neat. Explained thoroughly what needed to be done. Defective part was removed, new one installed, and 2 years warranty. I would certainly call them again and recommend to anyone.
Great service, Arslan knew what the problem was as soon as he walked in. Very knowledgeable. Price was exorbitant however I felt, I was told the part (Moen 1225 cartridge) would cost about $100 dollars, but in fact this part is between 30-50 $CAD. I ended up paying $350 for the service and there wasn’t information on the separate part price and labour. I think this is too much money to be paying, but according to ChatGPT, while it is on the higher side, it isn’t unheard of…oh well. Bottom line the leak stopped.

Do not have any problems with the technician. Friendly knowledgeable, explained everything. Great. Worked on the problem right away. Fixed the problem. Thank you. However little bit overpriced for 20 min work and replacement of two taps in the basement Parts used for replacement are not expensive... And invoice not in details (labour, parts, etc.)
