courteous staff, dont overcharge, and fix what needs to be fixed. Wont try selling you on extras you dont need. If they can fix it by saving you some money, they will. I've taken my car to them before, never had any issues, highly recommend them
They do awesome work in a timely fashion for a very fair price. Take 2 cars there for service regularly and I have NEVER been disappointed.

This was my first time at John the Muffler Man to have a new tires put on my crossover. I had a fantastic experience. Everyone was knowledgeable and very friendly and the service was very quick. I had concerns with my rear brakes showing wear, but they let me know (and showed me) that I had plenty of pad remaining on the rear brakes. They are very trust worthy and have the best interest of their customers in mind. I will be giving them my future business!
