I left 3 phone messages over 3 or 4 days for some one to call me about a plumbing job. I never received a call back and there was no indication on their answering machine that they were out of town. I called another plumbing company and they can the next day and completed the repair work in about 2 1/2 hours. I'll never use this company again and do not recommend them. Very poor customer service.
