The service and dental work were 5 STARS all the way. The office is inviting and the front desk help is excellent. Dr. Tanner and his staff were very professional and even fun to be around. I say YES to this group.
This dentist visit was probably the worst experience that I have ever had from a provider. I don't even know where to begin... First, the office itself is dingy and poorly kept, it basically makes you feel like your there to get a second rate procedure in the back of some store front. Second, the receptionist staff there is god awful...I was made to feel like an idiot and a poor beggar...there was an issue concerning my care credit account that need to be addressed by talking to a "live person" from care credit, but the rece... read more
I have had 3 dental implants by Dr. Tanner. He and his staff have been wonderful. I appreciate their thoughtfulness and courtesy, he even personally calls following the surgery to be sure things are going well, and that you remember to do all the correct follow up. Dr. Tanner is very professional, and if you ask anyone, he is known all over the midwest as the best dental surgeon in the dental community.
