I am both surprised and pleased to see Dr. Lockard is still in practise all these years later. I moved from Houston to Tulsa in 1984 already with braces on my teeth. I had to find a new orthodontist after I moved. I interviewed about 15 orthodontists. I wanted to be sure to choose the best orthodontist for me as I had to have all of the old brackets and wires removed and another style of brackets and wires put in as Tulsa orthodontists did not use the same hardware as Houston orthodontists. Dr. Lockard was an okay orthodontist. I had alot of pain in the chair. Dr. Lockard gave no pain medecine after drilling into my jaw. Also he places wire ties and made me wear a facemask.
