There best description of Dr. Coiner is that he is simply the best. Professional caring understanding and so down to earth. The only issue is that he can't be my primary doctor but if i need him he's there. He genuinely cares and he totally gets it. I would be remiss in saying that his nurse is exactly like him. They are a wonderful team.
