Dr Chow is a good listener
Was referred to this clinic by my primary doctor following up on some test results. Easily made an appointment with Dr. Chow. Brief wait before being seen on appointment day. Dr. Chow reviewed my test results, explained what he'd be doing, and patiently answered all my questions. Procedure was efficiently done in exam room and I was leaving the office one hour later. Dr. Chow called me personally with the results a couple days later. I appreciate the personal touch. Would happily recommend Dr. Chow and the clinic to anyone.
Dr. John Chow definitely showed empathy in his attempt to help me and manage my concern by understanding the issues and come up with a plan to manage going forward with a cure and or resolution. He acknowledged his willingness to treat one of my major concern and I was happy about that Gordie
