Attended John Street Walk-in today and Dr Paulo Oliverio is an absolute professional! He made me feel like I was his only patient. If he had a practise in Hamilton I would look to switch doctors immediately! I rarely ever go to the doctor figuring my body will work through whatever it is I am experiencing, and yet today was the first time in probably 10 years that I felt like I wasn’t invisible to a doctor. amazing walk in experience! Front desk receptionist Yousef was fast and receptive, and doctor is by far the best walk in doctor I’ve ever encountered! He was warm, kind, and had great bedside manners. 10/10 would recommend.
