Very kind doctor ,and good staff
My sister had an asthma review with the practice nurse called Cheryl. Cheryl had to do a spirometry test to check if my sister's breathing was affected by narrowed or inflamed airways, and my sister was struggling to breathe out slowly, however the nurse never gave up on her until she was able to do it correctly. I feel Cheryl is a good nurse, who never gives up on her patients.
No tolerance, unhelpful staff with no compassion. 2 minutes late and im sorry wait another week. Doctors refused to treat serious issues even when asked to by specialists. Unwilling to chase letters and everything is too much work. 6 months on and it’s still not much better. They refuse to book any appointments on the app like they are supposed to.
