It is good enough to receive 4 star the only issue is needed to wait a long time for our appointment sometime hours
Would give them a 0 of I could. Negligence and incompetence from both doctors and receptionists. Don’t value patients at all. Don’t respond to complaints or willingness to resolve issues.
This surgery is excellent and I cannot understand why it has so many bad reviews...I have been coming here 2 years and all the staff are very friendly and professional especially my focused care practitioner helen she is so caring and down to earth and very professional also I see dr Doherty alot who helps me with my issues alot and is a brilliant doctor and the reception staff go above and beyond to help me I feel very grateful to have these people involved in my life.
Being a patient with this surgery for All my life from moving from greengate to Westwood and to John Street. The new management are an absolute disgraceful. The receptionist called Laura has got an attitude very unhelpful. She is the biggest problem I have had on two occasions including today very unhelpful. When you ask her a question she will twist it and say I never said this. The manager will always back her staff up regardless What happens I have left the surgery after many years.
