Lilly at Thomastown was so easy to work with. Price was great and one of my cheapest quotes. Quality is great too. It was completed before the date I expected and they met my request to have it installed by the time it was Mums one year memorial. It bought tears to my eyes seeing it finally complete! I lost my father very young and always said I will do the monument once Mum goes too. They finally have a beautiful resting place! Would not hesitate to recommend them! I love the practical simple design!

Went to Rookwood branch in Sydney, absolutely terrible service, the photo printed for the headstone is completely terrible with substandard colour deviations. We requested to redo it and even willing to pay them to redo it, but their personal in charge simply refused to redo it. Utterly poorest service and disappointing 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
