Poor communication with client. Unprofessional, and really dated in style and principles. Would never hire.
Called Mr. Stephenson over a month ago to make an appointment and he answered the phone himself and said he would call me back which he never did. His office is not even in Hyannis anymore.
Could not have made closing on my first home easier. Extremely knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Highly recommend.
