I can't express how grateful I am to Mark and John. My story is one of being displaced from my condo in FL by Hurricane Helene. I had planned to move but my circumstance made the move necessary. Mark and I spoke and so much work was done upfront before I began my home search, many pitfalls were avoided. I was residing in hotel provided by FEMA. A job well done. Thanks. Only one comment. In addition to doing everything on-line (like Docusign) I might suggest another phone call or two for communications. Especially concerning something critical which might delay things. This did happen to us. Maybe a punch list for us to follow as things proceed. All in all very happy with your good work John!

Won't stop calling me about a house I used to rent wanting to sell. I told them multiple times, not mine to sell. Please don't call. They continue to call 17 times . They are blocked and leave blank voicemails. Maybe someone is spoofing their number.
