Horrible doctor. He will not write any refills for you ever. He cares about the money only. He will make you wait for an appointment no matter how much you suffer. Stay far away. He has worked at 3 different clinics in town.
I had my 1st new patient appointment and was promised an Rx for Linzess. My pharmacy never got it so I called the office 2 times and was told a "message had been sent!" Still not there! No services rendered! I will not go back! My husband also had a new patient appointment and waited 40 minutes and he asked how much longer he would have to wait. He was told another hour and visits always ran 1+ hours! He left and will never go back! What is the point of making an appointment?

Dr. Spencer is a great Doctor! He takes his time with explaining things in detail and is always pleasant. He is personal and caring and genuinely cares for his patients. I’ve been with Dr. Spencer for sometime and recommend him for your family Doctor.

I waited 2 months for an appointment to see Dr. Spencer due to painful issues I was having. A few days before the appointment, his office called and cancelled. They stated he would be out of the office and I needed to reschedule in July. I called the office to see if there was anything earlier. The receptionist indicated he only saw new patients in July.
