We visited the John Sparrow showroom at the Home Show for years so when we were finally ready to have the work done, we contacted them for a quote. We wanted new walkways and a new patio for our firepit area but we had no idea where to begin. Work was done last year, but very poor follow up. At least 8 telephone calls made to his cell without him returning any calls. Someone dropped off his card unannounced in my mailbox but that's the extent of his effort. Considering the broken promises and failure to respond to numerous calls, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM. Complaint to Better Business Bureau will be lodged shortly.

Marty and his crew were the ultimate professionals. Meet with us several times to go over our plans until we agreed on a layout and pricing. Work began on time and was completed as scheduled. The crew were very professional, neat and true craftsman's. We are beyond satisfied with the outcome of our backyard and look forward to working with them again.
