Poor excuse for leagal advice!! I had sought out legal advice from Joe Robb regarding a family law issue. (My son's father came looking for custody after 3 years of being absent from his life...my son had never even met him). Mr. Robb pushed for mediation to try to "get along" with the father, even though I didn't feel like my son would be safe at his father's house.
