Especially if you are first time buyer in a competitive market, he takes the time to understand the need, visits homes to understand what you are looking for even if it takes more than 6 months and provides balanced guidance based on his real estate experience. John handled our recent new home purchase as well as sale of our previous home. John is very direct and aware is market happening. He got us multiple offers and a very nice sell price for a home in an average school district area. However, The listing for the sale had inaccurate information which we had to correct with John. John provided free and valuable consultation, site visit, research on a short-term house I was moving to prior to listing my condo for sale. John toured the condo and offered practical advices on getting the condo prepared for listing. As part of the listing service, John ordered and paid for pre-inspection and excellent staging service.
