Made an appointment on Jan. 24 for them to install a new water heater on the 29th. Called to confirm on the 29th but was told that wasn't on the schedule. They wanted an additional fee to schedule me in. I then asked about the senior discount, they said they would wave the fee but I wouldn't get the senior discount. I agreed because I need the water heater put in on the day I scheduled it. I've been using John Smith Plumbing for years now. I just had my hot water heater replaced. Dylan was amazing as usual. He responded promptly and had my water heater replaced within a few hours. I would recommend using this Company as they are honest and professional.
Great service! Dylan has been out to my house twice, both times he showed up same day that we called and he had the water heater replaced within 24 hours of the initial call. He’s honest, knowledgeable and super kind - he even brought my garage cans up from the curb for me! That may seem small to some, but it speaks volumes to me about his character!
