Update: very disappointed with most recent service. Felt over charged and got a poor product. I think things have changed over the years. They lost a loyal customer. Made an appointment on Jan. 24 for them to install a new water heater on the 29th. Called to confirm on the 29th but was told that wasn't on the schedule. They wanted an additional fee to schedule me in. I then asked about the senior discount, they said they would wave the fee but I wouldn't get the senior discount. I agreed because I need the water heater put in on the day I scheduled it. I've been using John Smith Plumbing for years now. I just had my hot water heater replaced. Dylan was amazing as usual. He responded promptly and had my water heater replaced within a few hours. I would recommend using this Company as they are honest and professional.
