Huge shout out to Emma!! Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, found a nail in the rear driver tire unable to be patched. Emma was a hero at tracking down a tire and getting everything taken care of for me. I was offered a car to run my errands while I waited and she lent me a car of the same model as mine (much appreciated!!) and kept me up-to-date while I was out. Definitely made a stressful and frustrating situation much better!!
John Sinclair Nissan is an awesome dealership. This is our third or forth car to buy from them and the service is great.
