John was our agent for two transactions (buying and selling) in the past year. He is a rare gem: a realtor who is *genuine*, and really cares, and truly goes the extra mile to make sure everything is right. Too often, real estate transactions can feel slick and kind of cringey: none of that feeling was present with John. He was straightforward and tells you what you need to hear, which is not always what you want to hear. He also has great contacts for inspection and tradespeople. I recommend him very highly!
