John sat down with the clients of mine to help him maintain his homeowners insurance in a pinch. Took the time to understand the problem come up with a plan and make sure the client understood what was going on. Fantastic experience
John is caring and professional. He listens to ones concerns and needs and addresses them with knowledge.
John is amazing at his job. He gives fair prices and great customer service. Most of all he is a trustworthy person he is not one to hold back the truth. If he can't help he will tell you, but he will try as far as he can. I would recent John with country financial because I know my cars and home are very well protected with country.
John makes insurance fun and interesting to learn about. I had a free consultation with him, showing him my current coverage. He is so honest that he told me that my current auto coverage was already the best I could get so I didn't need him for that. But he showed me how his Life Insurance worked and I'm was impressed by the price and coverage. Definitely going to get Life through him.
John Silverstein has been my insurance agent for over 2 years now and is a lot of fun (yes fun) to work with . By switching to Country Financial I have saved on my premium and gotten better coverage than I did previously, making the decision obviously . Would definitely recommend giving him a shout!
